Keeping fit while grieving

Keeping fit and grieving can be a challenge. I am very sorry for your loss and missing someone is difficult. It is very easy for all of us to deal with depression with sleep or just being lethargic.

What I suggest it to stop for a moment and think about your life, who are you, where are you going and what do you have to declare. Develop a plan to achieve these goals. Without being in good health, achieving these goals can be difficult. Lets start with the food that you are eating. I see you live in China, it is VERY easy to get good healthy food starting with rice! Just ditch the meat, fish eggs etc.

Exercise by walking and mediate on your goals. Take 30 minutes each day just for you Jim. Regardless how busy, YOU deserve that 30 minutes to walk and reflect.
